I Recreated My Childhood Game into a Website

I grew up on Counter-Strike when I was a child. I am now 21 years old working within web design as my full time career so I wanted to pay a little tribute to the inner child that grew up on these shooter games.

When I was about 6-8 years old, I was introduced to the video game called Counter-Strike. Its an old retro styled shooter that was popular back in the day during the 2000s and whilst I was only born in 2005, I still got to grow up and experience this game during its prime. I wanted to pay some tribute to this game and repurpose parts of the game into what I'm currently passionate about in my present day-to-day life which is website design and development.
My approach to web design and development is rather different nowadays compared to what's currently trending and the current tools and process that people use within their workflows, whether it be some form of AI tool or anything else that automates every single part of their business. I make websites because I enjoy making them and find a lot of joy in doing so but with the nature of this type of oversaturated market and business, everything is fleshed out to be pumped out as cheap as possible, as fast as possible with as little heart as possible.
This isn't an attempt to speak down on the rate of growth that all these tools are being developed in but it's just a matter of time where a lot of the human parts of website design will become obsolete, if not, already becoming obsolete. Any form of creation can be a form of art and the great majority, at least in the website design industry, don't look at it at that way and that's completely fine. I just wish we put more heart and energy into creative forms of self expression as everything slowly becomes automated, washed out and striped away with all of its personality.
Anyway, here's the backend design of this project, don't come for me how I organize things but I quite frankly don't, hehe.

Don't ask why a phone version of the design doesn't exist. I molded the phone designs in my head right into development :P
